"1000 Acts of Love and Kindness"

For the second year in a row, Lakeway TaeKwonDo attempted to perform 1000 Acts of Love and Kindness for Valentine's Day. While we did not reach 1000, everyone who participated should feel proud of his/her actions and hopefully got joy out of helping others. Maybe this will carry over to our daily lives?!?! We collected $1010 which will be donated to a family/families in need in the LTISD. Thank you to everyone who participated and/or donated!

This is a program where everyone wins, and at minimal cost. We are trying to take the meaning of the ideas and principles that we teach in the school to a new level, and this is one of our first steps.

What better Self-Defense than showing love?

Ms. Tieu and Master Chris poured through all the submissions and came up with our favorites. Please vote in the poll and the winning vote getter will receive a gift from the school. You may choose more than one Act, but you can only vote once from each computer (ip address). Voting will be open through April 16th.
