Thank you all for your hard work and dedication in teaching and training Dominic these past two years.  I never suspected he would grow so strong in the art of TaeKwonDo, I am truly amazed.  This past weekend I saw a side of him that made me very proud.  Chris, you were able to speak to him and get through.  He needed to reach deep down and give his all.  He had to have heart, and he did!

Ken received a Chivalry Award at a surprise ceremony this afternoon at the Lake Travis Middle School.  Only a few students who demonstrated exemplary character were chosen and recommended by their teachers.  I would like to share this with you because I know that Tae Kwon Do has helped in his character building and discipline.  Thank you!

Chris,

Before class yesterday I told West that he had been disrespectful to you on
Tuesday. He promised to listen and do his best this time. He kept his
promise, and I was proud of him.

After observing your first class, I eagerly enrolled West, because I
believed you are type of teacher and role model I want him to observe and
learn from. You handle all your kids with discipline, kindness and
patience. The way you have been with West has been wonderful. He was as
excited about getting a yellow belt as I have ever seen him. He wanted to
go back to class today! (Who knows how long it will take him to want to
wear the uniform?) I am confident that he is learning far more than kicks
and punches from you. You and Truc make a great team. I thank both of you
for being there for West.

Chris,

I wanted to say Thank you for holding the self defense
class on Saturday.  Morgan and I had a really good
time and I felt that we learned some very helpful
tools to protect ourselves.  Hopefully we will never
need them, but it is nice to know that we are a little
bit more prepared.  Both Morgan and Michael had a
great time at the Movie night.  They are already
asking if they can go to the next one. 

I do have to say that I feel very fortunate that we
found you guys!!  I think that you and Truc Chi are
extremely wonderful people and that you both (as well
as Master Amir) are positive role models in the kids
lives.  I just wanted to let you know how much I
admire you both and how much I appreciate all that you
do for these kids.
